Hmm.. it probably makes sense to link to the info from both places, but
I've no strong feelings about which is the "master" location. Feel free
the move the text to ...index.php/Debugging if you'd like.

There is no way to modify binary files (after compilation and before
runtime) to enable debug messages. I think you're idea of sending a DHCP
option to enable debug messages in (l)pxelinux.0 is worth persuing.
