Any chance you could try 6.02-pre12 for your EFI boot?
With pxelinux.0, are you doing EFI or BIOS? I suspect BIOS.
pxelinux.0 isn't capable of HTTP downloads without gPXE/iPXE.
lpxelinux.0 however should be.
