Using pxechn.c32, I'm having no issues with options 209/210 to
Syslinux-5.10 official core/pxelinux.0 or core/lpxelinux.0.

Is there any chance you could do a packet capture?  I'm going to try
to get an experiment with forcing these options but not sure my dhcpd
will comply.
