[syslinux] memdisk and iso

OK. That gives me some confidence. I will give another ISO a try. May be
the Dell iso I am using right now doesn't blend well over this type of
environment. I might have hit some other problem and transfer might
actually have stopped when I was running dstat and it was just the basic
transfer that got captured. Let me see if I get better speeds with a
another bootable iso.
