[syslinux] Missing 'modules.pcimap' file for HDT

HDT also has its own list http://www.zytor.com/mailman/listinfo/hdt
and website http://www.hdt-project.org/ however is very intertwined in
that it depends on Syslinux.

1) It looks like modules.pcimap may have been supplanted by
modules.alias (or was modules.alias also removed/no longer generated?)
which could be parsed to make modules.pcimap (with a scriptlet using
sed/awk/grep and the like).

2) It was never needed and see #3.

3) HDT will still work but won't provide additional helpful
information about PCI devices in your system, specifically what
modules should apply with your kernel.
