[syslinux] Regression since 5.10

I'm attempting to fetch a kernel over http using lpxelinux.0, as documented
in http://www.syslinux.org/wiki/index.php/Syslinux_5_Changelog and it took
me far too long to succeed...
My first attempt was via pxelinux.0 as embedded in the Ubuntu 13.04
installer, this gave me the error that gPXE/iPXE extentions weren't
available. So I inferred that this wasn't v5.10 or greater.
Then I tried with pxelinux.0 version 6.02, which just gave me a file not
found error. I also tried versions 6.02-pre16 and 5.11-pre on advice from
the #syslinux IRC channel and got the same error.
*This turned out to be a regression* as it didn't warn that http/ftp
capability wasn't available, I would have expected the same iPXE/gPXE error
here with an additional suggestion to alternatively use lpxelinux.0
Everything after that was a wild goose chase with 6.02-pre16 and 5.11-pre9
versions of lpxelinux, both of which failed with "netconn_write error: -5".
Not sure why a google search didn't find the bugzilla ticket that would
have led me to try the 6.02 release again:
http://bugzilla.syslinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16
Can I humbly suggest that we add back the warning about http/ftp not being
available without lpxelinux or iPXE integration? It would have saved me a
lot of time today :)
I also wanted to update the PXELINUX entry in the wiki to mention that
http/ftp requires lpxelinux (emphasis on the l) release version 6.02, but
it's a protected page :(
