Sorry, that should be:
I do not see a "sending .../vmlinuz" in my dnsmasq's TFTP.

Another symptom for the following steps:
* Try HTTP; fails and comes back to menu
* Press CTRL+ALT+DEL
* Try a menu item which uses TFTP:

I see the following in my TFTP log:

file /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/***** not found
file /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/**** not found
file /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/*** not found
file /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/** not found
file /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/** not found
file /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/** not found
... this goes on for some time, maybe about 3 mins ...
... and then ...
failed sending /tftpboot/..../vmlinuz to ***.***.***.***
