[syslinux] 5.10 regression (from 5.01) MENU INCLUDE broken.

I'm having 0 issues here on PXELINUX 5.11-pre9 but observe the issue
on 5.10.  It appears this issue has been resolved already.

For me, hitting ESC exited to the prompt.

Just recall, that multiple instances of UI and/or DEFAULT function to override.
