[syslinux] Is your boot loader enabling caches early ?

Hi!

I have just looked into a webinar which deals with techniques for "Fast
Linux Boot".
The full name is "Web Seminar - Linux Fast Boot: Techniques for Aggressive
Boot Time Reduction"    http://go.mentor.com/3hie5

During this presentation it is claimed that for fast boot time, it would be
best if "your boot loader enables caches early".
So, my question is : What is the answer regarding syslinux.
