[syslinux] lua not working on syslinux-6.03-pre18

Perhaps some documentation updates are needed.

For instance, com32/lua/doc/syslinux.asc mentions 
"syslinux-derivative.lua" as an example, but it doesn't exist in 
newer Syslinux (pre-)release versions. In fact, there used to be 
several .lua examples included; not anymore. I'm not saying they have 
to be included (probably unnecessary), but perhaps they could be 
posted somewhere for public access and then an updated reference / 
link to them could be included in syslinux.asc (or wherever it would 
be considered appropriate).
