EFI defaults to EFI/boot/boot <arch>.efi in the designated FAT file system
for disk boot so there's no MBR boot code, the reason for isohybrid.

bios/ is for binaries only and gets wiped during certain cleanups.

efi32/efi/syslinux.efi (I believe that's its path) is the file that's
usable as bootia32.efi.

Do you have one of the few machines that's IA32 and not x64 for EFI? What
type of boot are you looking to do?
