Thanks. As you suggested, I did a test about 6.03-pre6, and I still got
the same issue. My client machine
still only shows:

As you can see, it still took 15 secs to start the 2nd download
(ldlinux.e64).

I also did some tests about 6.03-pre[2-5], all got the same issue.
Anything else I could test or provide to help to fix this issue?
