VMware Workstation 10 works for me. Fresh VM, don't power on, edit the
.VMX and add
firmware="efi"
and now it'll be uEFI. Changing am existing VM may work but may also have
consequences.

ESXi is available under a cost-free license but provides a GUI option for
uEFI.

I think you're really looking for cost-free or VMware Workstation.
