But it wasn't, neither the DHCPOFFER ...

True.  And be aware that it might show in this case also  'my IP is 0.0.0.0'

I still think the answer is the in DHCPOFFER packet.

My advice: Eliminate VLAN 230  ( eth0.230 ) from the equation.
