Unfortunately no so simple; the Filter option seems to be gone...

I prefer receiving e-mails from the list address rather than from people I do not know;
If not I have to parse the subject (some times cryptic) just to see if I want to read or not a 
particular message. I really can't imagine why the address of the sender is being used now...
