[syslinux] PXE over WIFI

I think embracing WIFI w/o the support of a standard API is not really a good idea.
The mentioned projects (Etherboot/gPXE/iPXE) somehow have tried in the past extending 
the client side of the PXE API but today they are struggling making the whole thing harmonically 
compatible with UEFI. 
I think a project like Syslinux should always be right on top of the corresponding established standards.
