[syslinux] git repo: primary/secondary/unofficial

I was not specifically recommending anything in particular. I was just 
mentioning some points for consideration.

One way to help with Syslinux would be to use a repo that is 
comfortable for developers to use and to share their code. Using a repo 
that has very few users (coders) would not have such potential (minor) 
advantage.

I also mentioned some other facts, which could be considered either 
pros or cons.

I also said that there are other alternatives. I just commented on the 
two sites that were already mentioned before my email.

I am aware that there are additional considerations (license, support, 
site maintenance, available space, permissions, administration...).
