[syslinux] repo.or.cz links are no longer valid.

If it is eliminated, there are negative consequences too (as I 
mentioned already).

Couldn't it be updated, once for every stable release?

That would be about once a year (or less than that).

The chances of kernel.org disappearing are lower than those of the 
other repos.
