[syslinux] PXE automatic reboot after "No bootable device"

The message is not coming from PXELINUX but from your BIOS.

You should check BIOS settings such as the boot device order.

If the network is set as your first boot device, then you possibly have 
some problem configuring / setting up your network / dhcp / tftp / 
server(s).
