Unfortunately, tolerance and good will are frequently replied with 
abuse.

Mr. Holm has made no effort to search for answers, among other abuses.

He had the same kind of abusive approach about 6 months ago in this 
same Syslinux Mailing List. Incidentally, the same wiki page was 
pointed to him back then.
