For the record, I e-mailed Tom Thornhill of Ridgecrop a few days ago, to 
let him know about the issue and how to fix it. I haven't gotten a 
reply, but hopefully he will patch fat32format.

With regards to what Syslinux should do, I have no strong feelings one 
way or the other, as the fatlib check is no longer an issue for Rufus. I 
will however mention that I don't recall any of the Windows platforms I 
ever tested the shortchanging Large FAT32 algorithm with, from XP to 10, 
having much of an issue with such drives.
