[syslinux] pxelinux.0 not fully booting in EFI 64 mode...not requesting ldlinux.e64 via TFTP...

I've been successful with gcc-4.7 with a Debian build VM that I think is on
the old stable. Iirc, it shipped with 4.7.

As a general rule, I'd suggest using pre-built binaries.
