This is because on that network I do not control DHCP servers(Windows) and I cannot
change the file name etc.
So for test I replace pxelinux.0 with syslinux.efi and also put a copy of ldlinux.e64
there.

Some good news, on another network we have linux dhcp servers under control so there
we could change the filename to efi/syslinux.efi and lo and behold, now it works!

I figured EFI would not know the difference of these two methods ?
Note, only tested on this new server. I will test my laptop tmw.
