It seems to be in the "auto-renew" period, in which the registrar renews it on your behalf and asks you for payment, then if you choose not to pay, they delete it and they get their own refund from the registry.  Perhaps they have not yet processed your payment, or are confused about it.


Shameless plug: By the way, I am a sub-registrar under Tucows, so I'd be
