[syslinux] success story with EXTLINUX 6.04 --> why not release it?

Hello SYSLINUX.

I am happy to report that EXTLINUX 6.04 from git as well as
Testing/6.04-pre1 is running fine here on ext4 and XFS root partitions.
I actually had troubles with v6.03 when dealing with XFS, that seemed to
be broken (could not find ldlinux.c32). Why not release 6.04?
