[syslinux] Using wimboot with syslinux UEFI

I haven't personally tried but unless things are built for UEFI boot,
they won't work.  If wimboot isn't ready for UEFI, it won't work.  If
the combination of the bcd, boot.sdi and boot.wim aren't ready, it
won't work.
