[syslinux] New archive repo and old versions

I noticed that the new 'pub/archive' in zytor.com is lacking some older 
versions of Syslinux.

Some old repositories and mirrors of kernel.org include some old 
versions of Syslinux that are not present in some other mirrors.

For instance, versions:

1.01, 1.20, 1.30, 1.67, 1.75, 1.76

are not so easy to find (but they _can_ be found), and they are also 
not included in the new archive repo in zytor.com.

Of course this is not a relevant matter for current users, but I 
thought that the creation of a new archive repository was an 
appropriate opportunity to mention this "historical FWIW".
