At least from german ISP "Telekom", both URLs mentioned by Ady now lead to
  https://wiki.syslinux.org/wiki/index.php?title=The_Syslinux_Project
which shows the usual entrance page.
The links to "ISOLINUX" and then to "isohybrid" work fine for me.
