[syslinux] Syslinux EFI on NTFS partition

Hello

I managed to successfully boot different machines with either syslinux EFI
32bit or 64bit from FAT32 partition. However I am unable to boot from NTFS
partition.
I confirm that UEFI firmware I tested with, supports NTFS partitions, as I
am able to boot grub EFI from those NTFS partitions.
I assume suslinux EFI supports NTFS as syslinux BIOS does.
How can I troubleshoot this?
