8110080 bytes equals 15840 512-byte sectors.  This is greater than
15845, 16002 or 16065 (255*63).  I have a feeling that the original
CHS geometry was closer to 0,251,63 but it's more likely to be
something rather odd (based on it being 2^5*3^2*5*11).

I'd recommend sticking with Shao's recommendation of a floppy, either
a "2.88 MB" or doing something else and keeping track of the geometry
carefully.

Have you tested this image with other machines running the same
Syslinux version?  I'm assuming it works well on Dell OptiPlex model
755, 780 and 980 PCs (If I'm interpretting your original message
correctly)?
