I could, but it would mean special-casing something that is currently a
more generic feature: .0, .bs and .bin are now doing exactly the same
thing, which is to load a file of arbitrary length at 0:7C00 and jump to
it as if the boot loader itself was invoked.  The file is limited only
by low memory.
