You don't need anything besides the ks=cdrom -- (lose the ":/ks.cfg")
the RedHat kernel knows to look for a file called ks.cfg in the root of
the CDROM ISO9660 filesystem.  I fought for quite a while before
reading the docs more carefully -- my mistake was trying to call the
file something other than ks.cfg
