Thanks for all the suggestions. Microsoft solution is NIC independant, 
but there may be some license problems. On the otherhand, etherboot has 
no such license problem but is NIC dependent.

May be using etherboot with the "Universal Network Driver" 
(undi****.sys) may do the trick. I will try them and let you guys know 
of the result.
