[syslinux] localboot not working in PXELINUX 2.02

Hi Peter, thanks for your help.  

Ok, I've tried both of these versions.  2.00-pre15 works fine, while
2.00-pre16 hangs at "Booting from local disk...", which is the same
behavior exhibited by 2.02.  Let me know if there is anything else I
can do to help track this down.
