[syslinux] pxelinux and http

Michael - sounds like we are working on projects with similar 
requirements. I am attempting to build a floppy image with busybox and 
just enough "stuff" to present a menu and "wget" a bootstrap install 
program. If this sounds close to what you are looking for let me know 
... I'm almost there.
