[syslinux] converting isolinux image to syslinux

I have got an ISO image of CD produced by isolinux. Well at
least which seems to have been produced by isolinux when I have
a look at the contents (it is an IBM CD containing stuff for
configuring a server).

I want to be able to use it on a server without CD but
with USB support.

What is the easiest way to convert this bootable CD to a
bootable USB key ?
