[syslinux] Patch: Allow args with spaces

I wrote something to do this ages ago.  I'll post when I get back to work on Monday.

I had the same idea, however I wanted to get some feedback on the
general idea before getting deeper into it.

To be honest: no (didn't know about it) :-(
