[syslinux] lwIP hangs with gpxelinux.0 on qemu (-net user)

This gpxelinux.0 is obviously the new lwIP PXELINUX embedded in gPXE's 
undionly.kkpxe.  If this hasn't already been resolved, I could look into 
it.  Has anyone had a look yet?  What I would do is edit the 
syslinux/gpxe/Makefile to add 'DEBUG=pxe_call,pxe_undi' to the 
undionly.kkpxe's build, then observe the debugging output.
