[syslinux] extlinux-4.0 can't boot on our platform.

Hi Feri:
    the extlinux.conf is as following:
     prompt 0
     timeout 1

   default vesamenu.c32
   menu autoboot Starting MeeGo...
   menu hidden

   menu resolution 1366 768
   menu background splash.jpg
   menu title Welcome to MeeGo!
   menu color border 0 #ffffffff #00000000
   menu color sel 7 #ffffffff #ff000000
   menu color title 0 #ffffffff #00000000
   menu color tabmsg 0 #ffffffff #00000000
   menu color unsel 0 #ffffffff #00000000
   menu color hotsel 0 #ff000000 #ffffffff
   menu color hotkey 7 #ffffffff #ff000000
   menu color timeout_msg 0 #ffffffff #00000000
   menu color timeout 0 #ffffffff #00000000
   menu color cmdline 0 #ffffffff #00000000
   label 2.6.33.3-10.2-netbook-lp
           menu label Test(2.6.33.3-10.2-netbook-lp)

           kernel vmlinuz-2.6.33.3-10.2-netbook-lp
          append ro root=/dev/sda2 quiet vga=current

i do the above steps on two platform, i found one can boot, the other can't
boot, then i copy  /boot/extlinux on platform that can boot  to /boot/ on
platform that can't boot, the i execute command "extlinux -U /boot/extlinux"
. when reboot, it can boot,
i don't know why? what is it relation to ?
