[syslinux] [PATCH] Adding a gPXE detection function to lua.c32

Quite a simple patch: adds a is_gpxe() function to the lua.c32 module.
Helps to know if an OS can be loaded through http (or any other
advanced protocol) or if it has to fall back on tftp. This function
exposes the result of the is_gpxe() function declared in "sys/gpxe.h".
