Pretty difficult to have 0x45 be equal to 0x33, sadly. Older Macs don't
seem to be enthusiastic about secondary El Torito images at all, and
ignore GPT labelled CDs. Which seems to leave us with APM or nothing.
I'll do some more testing to see if I can convince them otherwise.
