[syslinux] kernel.org RPM x86_64 repo components out of date

IRC user herdingcat noticed that installing the syslinux.repo from
kernel.org on an x86_64 machine results in Syslinux 3.84.  Poking
around, files in
http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/boot/syslinux/RPMS/x86_64/repodata/
and http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/boot/syslinux/RPMS/x86_64/headers/
appear out of date but the .rpm files are up to date.  SRPMS, debug,
and i386 appear healthy.
