[syslinux] pxelinux 4.04 - keyboard not working?

1) Where did the other version come from, a distro or built yourself?  If
you built it yourself, what version of gcc, binutils and nasm?  Are they
the normal versions for your distro and what distro/release?  If I recall
correctly, there are certain versions know to build broken binaries.

2) For compatibility reasons, always replace all modules, especially COM32,
from the same build source.  I accomplish this with PXELINUX by making
pxelinux.0 in the tftpd root a symlink to slcur/pxelinux.0 then slcur a
symlink to the version I'm currently using.
