[syslinux] Manually copy over ldlinux.sys

Well I could not get everything to build, you were right about the
deps, had to build a bunch of stuff from source. (nasm and xz
specifically)

I did manage to get a working 4.05 extlinux binary for 8.04 32-bit though:
