This issue can be reproduced easily, IMO. Basically what we'd need is to create
a NTFS partition, copy big files to it and then small files until getting its
$MFT fragmented.
I'd probably need to read some documentation or something to find out how to
check for this specific case and then providing a fix to it.

Hrm - I'll do my best on trying to get some time to fix it before the end of

Good to know, indeed. Since it could be shorter between the releases, I think
that won't be a problem at all.
