My GNU/Linux distribution is Gentoo Linux.

The Portage package manager reports the following warning message when
building the sys-boot/syslinux-6.04_pre1 package:

> QA Notice: Package triggers severe warnings which indicate that it
> may exhibit random runtime failures.
> /var/tmp/portage/sys-boot/syslinux-6.04_pre1/work/syslinux-6.04-pre1/com32/
lib/syslinux/debug.c:91:5: warning: incompatible implicit declaration of
built-in function ‘printf’
> Please do not file a Gentoo bug and instead report the above QA
> issues directly to the upstream developers of this software.
