[syslinux] Making isolinux boot menu: problems

The "Menu" wiki page should remain independent of the specific version 
of Syslinux (as much as possible).

The c32 dependencies are documented in the wiki already:

 www.syslinux.org/wiki/index.php/Library_modules 

Additionally, in the Syslinux wiki there are several other wiki pages 
with troubleshooting tips/hints.

At any rate, I'm glad that the problem had such an easy solution for 
this case (i.e. add a few files).
