[syslinux] simple message under BIOS/CSM/LEGACY

the track of the second active partition leaning against the protective
partition would make it possible to treat this case of figure if it exists.
with a little hindsight, we know that it is quite possible to find this
kind of BIOS in the bowels of the PC ;-)
