[syslinux] UEFI not successful

thanks, thats what i'm seeing.  But I am trying to boot 64 bit, i've tried
with RHEL 7-9 and the latest Fedora all with the same result.  The only
hint is that it used to work before I upgraded the hardware, esxi, and the
pxe host, but thats too many variables to isolate the problem.  I heard of
a bug in syslinux 6.03?  but i've tried syslinux.efi from that 6.03 and
6.04-Testing with the same result.
