[syslinux] Fedora 37 release notes

A bit, but we need to be able to enter the DNS name for the machine being
installed to be passed in the kickstart URL, plus several other options.
A menu list isn't sufficient for this.  What we need it a script that
can parse an input command line and construct the URL from the info
it gleans from that line.
